This is legit crazy, it’s not the crims fault if there is not enough pd on duty. Hire more pd. What needs to be done here and every single person in this city needs to join the pd. In what world does it make sense that a warrant and subpoena isn't able to be FOIAd? I do not think Crane is healthy for the city atm, I think he could be a good support person in DOJ, but he should not be the King and ruler of all DOJ law related. All judges should be equal, they can all have different areas of expertise and do their own different work, put up legislation that they feel are needed and push it to vote or something similar.

The commissionaire position needs someone that are able to think like a human first and almost make the PD take 2. place. Soze case still blows my mind. the judges basically all agree the case has grounds for a mistrial. One judge wants them to actually call a mistrial bc they all agree it could be a mistrial, the other two refuse, leading to that judge to leave the trial mid-trial, WHICH IS ANOTHER GROUNDS FOR MISTRIAL, and then the case just went on like nothing happened

Im ngl as an American, I don't understand how many things in this server reguarding searches is not common knowledge. I feel everyone I work with, all my friends and family all understand that you cannot be searched without pc and you cannot have you're belongings searched without a warrant. Like to me the first 5 ammendments are easy to remember, past that I only know the bigger ammendments like the 14th. Idk just felt like ranting how it seems everyone hops into an rp server and thinks you are supposed to have no understanding of basic law you learn in 9th or 10th grade (depending on the state). Like genuinely do you need a lawyer to tell you that you need a warrant for a search?

The way vinny explains the clown situation is so disingenuous. Vinny paints it like he was only concerned for raes safety, like all of cg only wanted to protect rae. But anyone who actually watched what happened knows that cg was lying and trying to manipulate rae when she was vulnerable, she trusted them to be truthful, they werent, they lied and feed into her spy delusion.
